Our Planning Process
Step-by-Step Preparation for an Inclusive Journey

At the heart of our service is a deep commitment to understanding your unique travel needs.

  • At your free consultation, we start by listening. We will talk about your needs, goals, preferences, and the specific "wins" you hope to achieve this vacation.

  • After our initial consultation, I will provide you with a personalized quote tailored to you and your family's needs and preferences.

  • Once the quote is accepted, I will build you a detailed itinerary and step-by-step visual vacation guide.

  • While on vacation, we will help provide 24/7 support.

Your family's comfort and happiness are our top priorities, and we look forward to creating a truly memorable travel experience for you.

The Sunflower lanyard
The Hidden Disabilities initiative

The Sunflower lanyard is a symbol designed for those with hidden disabilities. Wearing the lanyard informs others of the need for additional support, understanding, and time needed.

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower promotes acceptance and understanding, helping individuals navigate places like airports more easily. Starting in London in 2016, it has since gone international and now has a global network of businesses and organizations supporting those who wear the lanyard.

The Sunflower initiative raises awareness of hidden disabilities and the challenges they pose. It makes public spaces more accessible and encourages support and services. Ultimately, it fosters a culture of inclusivity and acceptance for individuals with disabilities who are not always visible. For more information, visit the Hidden Disabilities website.
